it was admittedly frustrating to spend all that time exploring the map, trying to find the key, when in reality it was hidden somewhere you'd never know about or see normally. a little direction for the player, like some grafiti hinting at where to go, would have at least steered me roughly in the right direction. a good 4 or 5 runs ended up lost thanks to tanks that never went away, i'm unsure why those even existed, as the winning run never had tanks anywhere, and I let that run sit idling for an hour while I was distracted. the items seem to have no purpose, using teleporters in the ground holes or the item tends to just throw you randomly, and without a threat chasing the player, I see no need to make a panic maneuver like that. kerosene ends up being not useful, as the lantern is so low powered that it's kinda useless. i'm not even sure what batteries went to. the hp kits were nice though. The home base, when tanks began to hunt, did nothing to defend me, and I had no way to escape them. the multiplayer system just seems strange, LAN is for people in the same room as eachother, which is incredibly rare nowadays for gaming. it's safe to say this game does NOT have multiplayer unless under VERY specific circumstances. overall, 4/10: good initial concept, but the idea needs a rework from the ground up. big questions to consider are "what is the goal, find the key is a bit basic", "are there reasons to explore the map, or is the map intended to be a distraction?","what is the player's reaction to enemies? just give up and KO, or actually try to live?", and lastly "why would I want to use this item in front of me?"

I hope this honest review helps you see how a blind player experiences your game, helping you see where things can be streamlined or expanded. thank you for the experience!

Thank you for such detailed feedback! I agree that the game needs clearer explanations of how things work. I'll consider it in future updates.

To clarify a few mechanics: Tanks only spawn at night and die in the morning, dropping another instance of an exit key. So that key can be used instead of finding one in the "Mushroom world".

Regarding multiplayer: LAN is currently the primary supported method since maintaining dedicated servers requires significant resources. However, you don't need to be in the same room to play together! You can use virtual network services (like Zerotier or Radmin VPN) to simulate a LAN connection with your friends online. It's a common way to play LAN games online, though inconvenient.

Thanks again for your feedback

Hey what's the Auth password inside of the game?

(+2)

Hi! Haha, I didn't think anyone would want to enable those debug options, but basically, you can auth with the password "123"

Also how do you like do the silly dance? Inside of the game?

(+1)

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean dancing in the game? That's not currently possible, but if it's an idea for a feature, I can implement it

No, I was curious since I was modding your game and I saw some code talking about a silly dance.

Ah, I see. I just found it. Yes, indeed, there are animation files and even stub code for the dances, but I didn't make them usable.
